On Mondays and Friday mornings the children enjoy special forest school sessions on the grounds of Clare House Primary School, right next door to Beckenham Montessori. The large area is specially designed so that the children can run and explore the nature area.
Furthermore, we have a fully qualified forest school teacher to give the children the best education possible.
RHS GARDENING AWARD
At Beckenham Montessori Pre-School, we are fully committed to teaching the children about all things outdoors. This includes wildlife animals, plants, trees, woods etc. We are fortunate enough to have a large outdoor area where we can plant flowers, vegetables and herbs.
FOREST SCHOOL
We are proud of have achieved the Level 3 RHS Gardening award AND the Woodland Trust Bronze Award! We grow many fruits and vegetables including strawberries and carrots. Please see our nature gallery for more...
